— Embed a calculator
Put a free top-slicing relief calculator on your page.
The same five-step top-slicing relief calculator we run — and a UK tax rates card read from our versioned tax-year configuration — each embeddable in one paste. Every step of the working is shown, with the post-2021/22 PSA recalculation applied.

A live preview is below. Copy the snippet into any page — a blog post, a knowledge-base article, an adviser resources hub. It is responsive, needs no API key, and stores nothing.

</p>The working, shown
The same deterministic engine our calculators run, with each step of the five-step relief printed so the figure can be checked.
No tracking of your readers
The widget stores nothing and asks for nothing — figures are computed in the browser. Like every page on our site, it runs our error monitor, which reports page sessions and errors, never the figures, to our EU-hosted error-monitoring service.
Versioned tax-year rules
Bands, allowances and the PSA recalculation follow the versioned tax-year configuration, so the embed moves to a new tax year when that year's configuration is verified and released.
UK pension & tax rates card
Every adviser site has a “useful numbers” page that goes stale each April. This card reads the annual allowance, taper gates, MPAA, lump sum allowances and the income-tax, savings and dividend figures from the same configuration our calculators run on, checked against HMRC and legislation sources, and is updated for each new tax year once its figures are verified. The full reference lives at paraplanai.co.uk/rates.

</p>Added the card to your site earlier? Copy the snippet again: the card now shows each figure's notes and sources, and the old snippet's frame is too short for it.
Updated each tax year once verified
The card reads the versioned tax-year configuration our engine computes against; a new tax year's figures appear once they are verified and released.
No tracking of your readers
The card stores nothing, sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Like every page on our site, it runs our error monitor, which reports page sessions and errors to our EU-hosted error-monitoring service.
Engine-verified provenance
Each figure carries the config's HMRC verification date; the full, citable reference (with archives and history) lives at /rates.
One simple condition
Keep the attribution link in the snippet — “Powered by ParaplanAI” to our top-slicing relief calculator for the calculator, “Rates by ParaplanAI” to the rates reference for the card. The credit links carry campaign tags (utm_) that name the widget, so we can count the visits embeds bring from people who accept analytics on our site; the tags hold no figures and nothing about the reader. That visible credit is all we ask in return for the tool. Don't alter the calculation or imply ParaplanAI endorses your site or provides advice — the widget illustrates; it doesn't advise.
Before you embed
Once it is on your site, either widget is your communication to your visitors and, depending on how your page uses it, may be a financial promotion. Put it through your usual sign-off for website content before publishing.
The top-slicing relief calculator is written for advisers and paraplanners and uses adviser terms (TAR, PPB, the s.530 credit), so it suits professional or technical pages; if your readers are clients, add your own plain-English explanation around it.
