Response
Contact us with your question or suspected calculation error. Calculation-error reports take priority on every plan. We aim to reply to calculation questions within two working days.
Calc-error reports
If a calculation disagrees with HMRC's published rule (PTM for pension, IPTM for bond), email info@paraplanai.co.uk with:
- The Calculation ID printed on the compliance annex.
- The HMRC reference you're testing against (PTM / IPTM chapter, or a worked example URL).
- Optionally, what you expected vs what you got.
Calculation-error reports are re-derived against the HMRC rule and our regression corpus before we reply, and you receive either a correction with its release or the citation the engine follows.
